SADDLEBACK VALLEY CHAPTER, DEPARTMENT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA-HAWAII
​Gold Star Mothers and Families Day was recognized this year by the Richard Nixon Presidential Library in Yorba Linda with the dedication of a plaque and monument.  It was a beautiful ceremony and a special time to get together.

YORK CHAPTER - DEPARTMENT OF PENNSYLVANIA
The York Pennsylvania AGSM on 08 September 2024 held the monthly meeting at Glenn Hope Care Farm, in Felton which is owned and operated by Aimee Jo Morris, a USMC member who donates her time, efforts, and farm products to any Veteran and local community.  The chapter presented a $1,000 check to Glenn Hope Care Farm owners during the monthly meeting held at the farm.

A check for $1,000 was also presented to The Hoke House, a 1750 (circa) home being moved in June 2025 to become the JFT Recovery and Veterans Support Services project.

ALBUQUERQUE CHAPTER - DEPARTMENT OF NEW MEXICO
The Rio Grande Valley Blue Star Mothers have always supported New Mexico Gold Star Mothers and the recent MOU with Blue Star Mothers of America and AGSM prompted an invitation to "High Tea" by the RGV Blue Star Mothers. Following their October meeting GSM were invited to wear a hat and bring a pretty tea cup. A great time was had by all. Working together has been a blessing to both groups. Seated in the front are Gold Star Mothers Kay Coleman, Becky Christmas, Pat Merville and Shirley Tetreault.​

​More recently, the New Mexico Gold Star Mothers visited our State Veterans Home on October 26, 2024. Shown here are two of the residents. One is a Vietnam Veteran who received his Vietnam Commemoration pin and the Veteran on the right served in Desert Storm. Pictured left to right are Mary Cowan, Althea Mulder, Becky Christmas, Joyce Paulsen, Pat Merville and Emily Buck-Hague.
