Every medal tells a story of bravery, hard work, and great achievement, but few people know how one of America's greatest military awards, The Purple Heart, came to be. The Medal With A Heart tells this story, and it begins in 1782 with George Washington and the Revolutionary War.

The book is available in a standard version for the general public that retails for $17.95.  The second version is a personalized copy that features a Purple Heart recipient's bio and picture. You may submit the picture and short bio to the publisher through the website or by e-mail.  This version of the book is only available through M.T. Publishing Company, Inc.’s website and retails for $37.50. The Purple Heart Veteran is featured on page 33 of the publication and the design is adjusted from the standard version to accommodate the bio and picture. (This personalized version takes about three weeks to manufacture and ship when ordered.)

Copies of the standard version will be available at the 2022 National Convention.  What a great gift this would be for your local preschools, schools, and public libraries!
